The Story Behind
the Name
The "210" is San Antonio's area code. The "Alien" part? That's the attitude — we approach every pool like we're seeing it for the first time, with fresh eyes and zero shortcuts.
Founder Wesley grew up in San Antonio and spent years working for larger pool companies before realizing something: most pool services treat every pool the same. Standard vacuum, standard chemicals, done. But San Antonio pools aren't standard.
The Hill Country rock pools, the live oaks that shed year-round, the hard water that cakes calcium onto tile — these require a completely different approach. So Wesley built one.
Alien210 launched with one truck, three clients, and a commitment to actually solving the problems San Antonio pool owners face. Today we serve hundreds of pools across the city and surrounding areas — and we still show up like it's the first time.

That matters because San Antonio has its own pool ecosystem. The Edwards Aquifer feeds the city with some of the hardest water in Texas. The Hill Country geology means half the luxury pools in the area are built around natural limestone and imported boulders. And the live oaks? They're everywhere, and they never stop shedding.
We didn't learn about these challenges in a training manual. We learned them by working in this city, on these pools, for over a decade.
